About Our Water
What is in the water?
Nothing but pure mountain spring goodness. Our water comes from two high-altitude springs located just outside of Asheville. It is brought by truck directly to the bottling plant where it is filtered through Charcoal, then a series of filters down to 1 micron, then ozonated. At no point is it stripped of its delicious natural minerals, and it has no additives such as flouride or chlorine.
The resulting taste is crisp, clean, and cool. It is monitored constantly for contamination and each year we have an extensive water quality report done. See our latest quality report here.
What sizes of jugs do you offer?
Our most popular option is our 5 Gallon BPA-Free, re-usable water jugs. Next is our 3 gallon BPA-Free re-usable water jugs which are quite a bit smaller and easier to handle.
We also offer smaller one-time use water bottles in cases of varying sizes, from 12oz to 1 Liter. All options are BPA-free plastic bottles. Wholesale prices available.
Prices and more information available on the Products & Services page.
How do I store water jugs?
To prevent contamination or leakage, avoid direct sunlight and any extreme temperature shifts, including letting the jugs freeze. Basically, store them inside away from windows and they will keep indefinitely, though it’s best to drink while fresh.
Jugs are large and heavy, but there are many racks built especially for storing these jugs, including Bottle Buddies which we can deliver along with your jugs.

Where do we deliver?
As a small local company, our delivery area is limited to Asheville and its surrounding areas, reaching as far as Mars Hill to the north, Old Fort to the East, Waynesville to the west, and Asheville Airport to the south.
Our dock at 2002 Riverside Drive is available for pickups to anyone with an account with us Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, however, and we have many folks from out of town that come through and stock up.
Do I need to be home for a delivery?
No. Most of our home deliveries are to a front porch or designated location that drivers can access on their own. The best way is to leave empty jugs where you would like drivers to replace them with fulls.
How quickly can I get a delivery?
Currently, each customer is assigned a day of the week according to location, as we are in a different part of town on each day. So your typical delivery will be the upcoming assigned day. Placing orders well before your assigned days ensures you will not be waiting extra days for your water.
If you are in immediate need of water, the fastest way is to pick it up from our dock at 2002 Riverside Dr. during business hours.
Otherwise, we offer rush deliveries for an extra $10 as best we can accommodate.

How do I get started with service?
Hover over CONTACT US at the top right of the page and click New Customers or Click Here. Fill out the form that comes up and we will contact you as soon as we are able to get you started!
Do you charge deposits for jugs?
Beginning in June 2023 we stopped charging the standard $8 deposit for every jug, for simplicity and convenience in billing. We still track each jug, however, and reserve the right to charge $8 for any jugs that are not returned when ending service or when not returned during routine service.
How does billing work?
Once you have filled out the New Customer request form, we will process it and send you an invite to our Payment Portal. From there, you can set up a payment profile using a credit/debit card or ACH which will then be billed following each delivery or pickup.
If you prefer, you can also pay by mailing checks or being invoiced for commercial customers.
How do I close my account when I no longer need service?
To close out your account all you need to do is get in touch and let us know. You will need to return any jugs and rental equipment to us, which can be dropped off to us or we can schedule a pickup on your normal delivery day with the typical delivery fee.
How can I change my payment method/card on file?
You can call us to update it over the phone.
